American Elm Charcuterie Board

From the 1930s through the 1960s, Connecticut saw a major decline in American Elm due to Dutch Elm Disease. Combined with the devastation of the 1938 hurricane, much of the state’s elm population was lost.

Crafted from a live slab of American Elm sourced from Ledyard, CT, this charcuterie board highlights the natural character of the wood.
